Job Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 (Std. 10) or equivalent academic qualification. Diploma in Transport Management will be an advantage. Valid Code EC, EC1 0.4 or C drivers’ licence and PrDP. 2 years previous working experience in a similar working environment in Operations.
Job Outputs
Ensure that the service operates in accordance with the planned schedule. Monitor passenger flow, build ups, poor patronage and unreasonable time waiting. Investigate complaints regarding the operation. Keep abreast of developments and activities within the operational area. Monitoring of subordinates e.g. Transport Officers, dispatchers and analyze their documents. Monitor and control DC shortages on a daily basis
