The National Prosecuting Authority in the Free State has welcomed the judgment in Dr. Nandipha Magudumana’s case.
The Bloemfontein High Court dismissed with costs Magudamana’s application to have her arrest declared illegal.
NPA Provincial spokesperson, Pheladi Shuping says there is a possibility of more arrests.
“We have said it before that once there is an investigative process underway, everything is a possibility,” he said.
“There is a possibility of more people being charged and there is a possibility of some charges being added against the accused but that will depend on the investigation, once it has been finalized.”
