Upmarket Office Furniture Supplier currently seeks an IT Support Technician to be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations within the office building. You will also be the first point of contact for employee who are experiencing computer issues.
Job Description:
·
Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
·
Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
·
Verify functionality of hardware and software components
·
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
·
First point of contact for employees with computer problems and assist in resolving the same
•
Assist in general maintenance of office.
Qualifications/Skills:
·
Minimum 1 years’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance (LAN & WAN)
·
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
•
Thorough knowledge of computer systems
•
Email setup & configuration on all operating systems and devices
•
Office 365 accounts setup & administration
•
Excellent troubleshooting skills
•
Excellent communication skills
