Introduction
Stefanutti Stocks Building Western Cape is looking for a Subcontractor Clerk to join our team. Applicants should have appropriate experience, across a range of projects, ideally with experience within a large construction company. Candidates will be required to manage the processing and payment of sub-contractors as well as maintain the sub-contractors required information. The candidate will follow up with any outstanding debtors; focuses on cash flows, journals, sub-contractor reconciliations, and VAT requirements. The best candidates will be deadline-driven, financially orientated with excellent communication skills. Candidates should be able to work autonomously, showing attention to detail and be highly motivated, with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
