Position Synopsis:
We are seeking a Student Recruiter (Culinary school) – Centurion
Job Description:
Obtains client information by making and answering telephone calls daily; walk in interviews; capturing information in online capture database (CRM)
Establishes potential hot leads and constant follow ups on all captured data
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions and providing information.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures within the sales department.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities though school visits / expos / demonstration.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Handle customer calls and inquiries both telephonically and by email
Provide customers with product and service information

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Must have own car and valid driver’s license
3 years of Customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in relevant computer applications
