Well-known str!pper Cardbury has died – Killed because ‘he makes ladies scream’

Mduduzi Zwane was known for peeling off layers of clothing to reveal his sexxy body to adoring women fans. But the str!pper was also often threatened by gangs of jealous men.

And on Tuesday Mduduzi died as seven bullets struck his body!

The well-known str!pper didn’t believe he had enemies, although men would often gang up on him for making ladies go crazy.

But Mduduzi (26) from Atteridgeville in Tshwane was shot and killed on Tuesday, 27 July.

His family and friends suspect he could have died as a result of a jealous man for being admired by women for his sexxy dance moves.

He was known as Cardbury for his six-pack.

His distraught elder brother, Elphus Zwane (40), told the publication Mduduzi died after he was shot in Saulsville next to a school on Tuesday morning.

“Mduduzi was on his way to the gym when unknown men in a car shot him. Witnesses said it looked as if the people in the car wanted to run him over, but then an argument ensued. But minutes later he was shot. It looks as if they wanted him dead,” said Elphus.

He said he rushed to the scene and found his brother lying on the ground, fighting for his life.

“He died in hospital.”

Elphus said his brother had no enemies.

“We were very close and spoke about everything.

“If he had enemies, he would have told me,” he said.

“But he always defended himself when attacked.”

He said Mduduzi’s career meant there were men who had a problem with the job he was doing.

“He was just a happy person who was married with one child.

“We don’t know why he was killed and who took his life,” he said.

His friend and colleague, Phuti “Temptation” Laka (30), said he still couldn’t believe that Cardbury is gone.

“He was an honest man. He would tell you if you were wrong and he loved people. I wish I could wake him up so that he can tell me who killed him,” he said.

He said Cardbury introduced him to the entertainment industry.

“He taught me a lot of things and always reminded me to be trustworthy,” said Temptation.

“There was a time he had a gig in Jozi and afterwards, men attacked him for entertaining the ladies.

“I suspect it could be some of those bitter men who don’t understand that Mduduzi was just an entertainer.”

Gauteng police spokesman Captain Kay Makhubele said a man was shot in full view of the pupils in the morning at about 11 am by unknown men in a car.

He told the publication that the man was taken to hospital, but later died.

Makhubele said that no one has been arrested and the police were investigating a case of murder.
