Meet woman with the strongest ladypart in the world – She can lift 14kgs with her privates

Strength is often associated with one’s physicality, which is evident in this article. While the pun@ni is often deemed an organ of pleasure and giving birth, a recent report has shown that it can also be as tough as nails.

While many women tend to focus on squats and crunches to tone up their lower body, Russian gymnast and mum Tatyana Kozhevnikova has taken working on your lower body to the next level after being deemed to have the strongest pun@ni in the world.

According to today.com, the gymnast can lift nearly 31 pounds (about 14kg) with her crotch muscles, earning her the unofficial title of “world’s strongest v@gina”.

This feat saw her making it into the Guinness Book of World Records, which also shook the entire world.

Now before you attempt to lift something with your pun@ni, Tatyana warns that this did not happen overnight.

According to the publication, just like Martin Luther King Jr, it all started with a dream. And, her motivation for this new career path was motherhood.

After giving birth, she was left with a lifeless and floppy pun@ni. So she decided to embark on this fitness journey, and started a workout called “intimate gymnastics”.

This workout has become a global success, with many women across the world swearing by its success.

But, just how does she lift 41kg of weight with her pun@ni?

Well, Tatyana inserts a wooden egg into her pun@ni that she grips kegel-style.

The egg has a rope that attaches to the weight, and then she does a few reps.

She further warns women never to try this without medical experts.
