The successful individuals will be responsible for the store administration function and will be an assistant to the Store Managers.
JOB:
Ensuring the adherence to policies and procedures as per the Spitz administration in policy;
Managing the cash and stock control of the store;
Care taking the store and staff in the absence of the Store Manager;
Ensuring world-class service of Spitz customers.
Candidate Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 – 4 years’ retail experience
1 year administration management experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
Complete Matric / Grade 12 or an equivalent
Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & KNOWLEDGE:
Attention to detail and a high level accuracy
Excellent numeracy skills
Retail administration disciplines
Stock & cash management
In-depth knowledge of policies and procedures
People management skills
This position reports to: Store Manager
