Key Job Functions

Responsible for accurate receiving dispatch of stock including inspection of packaging expiry date.
Responsible for accurate stock issued to production.
Take responsibility for accurate picking of stock
Take responsibility for regular inspection of stored inventory (prevention of temperature abuse, good stock rotation)
Housekeeping duties
Effective communication with relevant supervisors or management
Adherence to standard operating procedures.
Knowledge and Experience Required

Experience in an FMCG Warehouse
Knowledge of Inventory and Stock Control
Good knowledge of warehouse functions
Computer literacy (E-mail, Basic knowledge of Excel)
Person Profile, Skills, and Attitude

Good Time management skills.
Be available to assist with stocktake which could include a Saturday and or Sunday.
Have a clear criminal record.
Good communication skills both verbally and written.
Attention to detail essential which will include accuracy and speed.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work with a variety of personalities.
Ability to work in a team
Physical fitness (physical work)
Understanding of warehouse terminology procedures and best practices.
