Stock Clerk urgently needed: APPLY HERE

We are urgently looking to fill the position of a Stock Clerk in Maitland Cape Town

Responsibilities (But not limited to):

Imports – Weekly update of the exchange rate and loading of orders on OMNIX, Arrange payments with creditor’s clerk internally, Update the shipping file
Local purchasing – Act as back-up for local purchasing, Maintain the local cost price for raw materials
Costing – Calculate all costing as requested
Stock code creation
Maintain negative stocks
Maintain daily stock movement
Open branches
Run stock balance report on request
Link costings to stock codes for raw material margin report
Maintain bin locations

Minimum Requirements:

Matric and relevant qualification
2 years of relevant experience in the Textile Manufacturing industry essential
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Reliable, focused and accurate
