Burning tyres are blocking roads in Alexandra as a protest is underway at the Central Johannesburg College’s Alexandra Campus. Students are angry about what they claim is the maladministration of funds.
They are also concerned about accommodation problems, with allegations that landlords have not been paid.
The protesters are demanding senior management step down.
