Norma Mngoma must testify in public #StateCaptureInquiry – Chief Justice Raymond Zondo

Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has ruled that Norma Mngoma must testify in public.

Mngoma was initially expected to testify earlier this month, but withdrew at the last minute. This prompted Deputy Chief Justice Zondo to issue her with a summons.

Mngoma is widely expected to speak about Gigaba’s relationship with the controversial Gupta family. Malusi Gigaba’s application for leave to cross-examine is dismissed.
