Stage 5 blackouts kick in indefinitely

South Africans are waking up to a lowered stage of blackouts for the first time since Tuesday.

Stage 5 has been implemented indefinitely. Eskom says it will publish a full statement in due course.

But be prepared for anything this week.

Stage 5 loadshedding will be implemented from 05:00 on Sunday morning – until further notice. Eskom will publish a full statement in due course.
