Silver Forest is opening a brand new EATERY in October 2019. Executive Chef Tiaan seeks a strong head or Senior Sous Chef who is able to work alone and run The Eatery on a day to day basis under his menu guidance and direction.

The right candidate will be a food passionate chef, someone who delivers consistent quality, a person who can lead a small team of junior chefs, someone who has his own ideas but is open to direction and leadership from his talented Exec Chef.

Casual yet stylish The Eatery will be open every day serving breakfast lunch and dinner, a wine bar vibe with open kitchen to The Eatery.

Reliability, honesty, high level of personal presentation are a must.

A minimum of 5 years Chef experience with 3 years at a senior level. An understanding of costs, stock takes, and people management.

This is an exciting position for a young talented chef to be able to take on his first role in a more senior position.
