Skeem Saam’s Katlego and his bae serving couple goals. To many of us, he is Katlego ‘Kat’ Petersen in the SABC1 drama series Skeem Saam. A good looking, respectful and obedient kid who loves his friends and family even though they sometimes hurt his feelings.”

But in real life, he is Patrick Seleka. Highlights of his life include “the time I started art in junior school, my teacher encouraged me to enter competitions and I can’t remember losing. During high school I took an interest in theatre and met a group called C.S.P. I then began to build my career; I’ve performed at the State and Market Theatre.”

In his leisure time, Patrick writes poems and watches cartoons. His favourite music is Hip Hop, Soul, R&B and House. Tshepo Tshola’s ‘Holokile’ is his most memorable song as it reminds him of his father, who passed away in 1999.

His favourite movie is The Matrix; he would love to do an exciting movie like that because “dodging bullets and stuff keep people on the edge of their seats.” Al Pacino and Angelina Jolie are Patrick’s favourite movie stars.

He has a girlfriend too whom he loves very much, who is not Candice by the way. Yes, many people love and adore his relationship with Candice on Skeem Saam. He is in love with Mmabaneng Seleka a girl who is everywhere on Patrick’s social media platforms. The two seem to be head over heels in love with each other, hence why we are posting their lovely pictures today…

They are in love and they can’t stop looking at each other. They may not look at each other at the same time but you rest assured that between the two at any given time, one of them will be looking at the other one…

Patrick is terrified of ghosts and enjoys novels that take you on an adventure. His favourite radio station is Yfm because they play the best house music. His favourite TV show is Whose Line Is It Anyway?.
