SITE AGENT REQUIRED – APPLY NOW: SALARY R40 000 a month.

A prominent Western Cape based construction company is looking to employ the services of a Site Agent. Previous experience with large construction companies and on large refurbishment projects will be a distinct advantage.

Minimum Requirements: – 5 – 10 years experience. Valid drivers license, Mobile phone, Skills & Experience: Supervisor, Site Management. Experienced in finishes. Setting out of duties. Prioritizing duties: Ordering of material utilized on site. Planning of work ahead and keeping to planning schedule. Recording of completed works. Recording of hours worked by each employee.

Competencies: Confidence and decisiveness, Client focus Planning and organizing. Information gathering and problem analysis. Quality and detail orientation. Presenting and communicating information.
