Job Summary

The role of the Services Coordinator is to co-ordinate operational tasks to Engineers.
The role includes responding to support services requests and service requests to the relevant engineers.
To ensure there is an even balance of services requests per Engineer. Incident and change request communication.
The role includes working closely with the Technical Operations Manager to ensure services levels are achieved.
Responsibilities and Duties
Respond to customer telephone calls and emails
Assign service requests to Engineers
Follow up on progress of service requests with Engineers
Updating service requests
Updating customers on the status of their service requests
Change request and incident communication via email and SMS system
Service level reporting
Help Desk system management
Attend weekly services meetings
Attend customer meetings as and when required.

Requirements / Competencies

Excellent telephone manner
Excellent email communication
Attention to detail
Reliability and consistent high standard of work
Take ownership and accountability for tasks
Strong communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Strong customer ethic
Ability to work under pressure
Willing to work after hours

Qualifications / Experience

At least 3 years’ experience in a support or client services role
IT experience advantageous
Experience with help desk or support systems
Experience with Outlook PowerPoint and Word.
