The South African National Defence Force has exonerated the soldiers implicated in the death of Collins Khosa in Alexandra, Johannesburg. They were accused of beating the 40-year-old man to death in April.
Khosa died hours after the alleged incident. An SANDF investigation found Collins did not die as a result of the altercation. The police investigation is still ongoing.
