Profile

Achieve monthly, weekly and daily sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
Plan and execute Sales & Marketing activities timeously in the trade
Feedback on competitor activities in the trade
To ensure stock freshness and management in the trade
Oversee the stock management
Manage the point of sales to ensure up to specification displays and in-store domination
Day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle
Achieve all route KPI’s i.e.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of all the sales activities ensuring zero variance
Qualifications and Experience

Code 10 (PDP) Drivers License (not negotiable)
Matric and tertiary qualifications
2 years of relevant experience in FMCG market
Drivers licence & Professional Drivers Permit essential
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Sound communication skills and ability to negotiate
High bias for customer service and results-driven
