We are looking for outgoing and energetic retail sales assistants to be based at Ushaka Marine World, Durban. If you have a passion for customer service, sales and enjoy making people smile then this is the opportunity for you! Duties include taking photos of guests, editing photos and selling photos whilst ensuring the highest quality of customer service and increasing company revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer service through excellent sales service
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point of the sale process
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Follow all companies’ policies and procedures
Taking photographs and editing of the photographs

Requirements:

Proven work experience in retail sales
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Clean and neat appearance
Proficiency in English
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, helpful and engaging personality
Matric advantageous
Available and willing to work weekends and public holidays
This is a full-time position required to work five days a week and must be available to work on weekends
