We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Agent to close sales, develop sales strategies, attract new clients, and boost our customer base. The successful candidate will manage and negotiate with clients in order to sales our products and services. After making initial contact, you will present the benefits of our products and services to the customers; understand how these products can enhance their everyday lives. As an outside sales representative or sales agent, they will also research sales competition.

Responsibilities:

· “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)

· Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

· Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

· Contact potential customers through door-to-door, phone calls, emails

· Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

· Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Requirements:

· Proven sales experience and track record of over-achieving quota

· Familiarity with different sales techniques

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and driven

· High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus

· 2+ years of sales experience preferred with a demonstrated successful sales record

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent communication skills
