Retention Sales Consultant needed Asap: Salary R10 000 to R15 000 per month
Purpose and Scope of the Position:
The retentions consultant will contribute to the organisational goals by conserving merchants accounts for the business across all regions through the execution of specific retention strategies and approaches. In contribution to the strategies, the consultant will strategically grow the volume of customers, customers on risk and therefore improving the overall profitability
Functional Areas:
Accurately identify the origin and reason for contract cancellations (or cancelled contracts) relative to the various channels (helpdesk, finance department, sales consultants or customers).
Effectively determine the cause for the account cancellation (potential cancellation) by selecting the most appropriate approach of responding to the customer or sales consultant.
Gain an understanding of the customer’s portfolio with the business across.
Apply or provide competitor comparisons where necessary relative to the cancellation reason and customer needs in order to provide options to customers.
Apply different discounting strategies relative to customer profitability as determined by business analytics.

Desired Qualifications and other requirements:
Matric (Grade 12).
Must have at least 2 to 5 years customer service experience in a Financial Services environment.
An understanding of POS industry.
Computer literate: MS packages.
Marketing Diploma / Certificate will be an advantage.
