Specialist competencies:

• Hospitality Qualification

• 2 years’ experience in same or similar position

• PC literate including: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & Micros

• Excellent wine knowledge

• Ability to lead, be proactive, creative and innovative

• Ability to pay attention to detail

• Ability to work and supervise in high pressure situations.

• Solid experience of leading a large team of staff members

• Responsible for handling cash and performing end of shift cash ups

• Experience in IR or Disciplinary practices (HR)

Preference will be given to candidates who meet our transformation plan
