Letslink Medical Recruitment Agency is assisting a Private Hospital that is seeking to employ a Registered Nurse- Unit Manager- Urology Ward-based in Midrand.
The Unit Manager will be responsible for coordinating improved quality nursing care by ensuring compliance to professional and ethical practice. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that nursing care and service delivery is implemented and practiced within a multi-disciplinary quality assurance team. In accordance, the incumbent will be accountable for coordinating capacity building, mentoring and training. The position reports to the Nursing Manager.
Required Skills
managerial: 2 to 3 years
urology: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
Grade 12 or Equivalent
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Must be registered with SANC
Management Qualification
Experience in Clinical Leadership
Experience in Urology
2 or more years’ experience in a private hospital setting
Strong customer orientation, team player, very energetic and well organized
Intermediate level of computer proficiency
