Key Outputs:
Ensure quality patient care and customer satisfaction according to the hospital policies and procedures, management and according to the scope of practice
Maintain sound relationships with colleagues, patients, doctors and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
Effective risk management by complying to the health and safety and infection control policies
Participate in the management of costs in the unit, stock control, and management, staffing and hours
Required Skills
Theatre Scrub Experience: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum requirements to apply:
Current registration with SANC as a Registered Nurse
Post Basic Operating Theatre Diploma/Degree is essential
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Theatre as a Scrub Nurse
Must be able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Good planning and organizational skills
