Experience in leading a team and managing their performance.

Exceptional communication skills and good telephone etiquette
Computer literate in MS Office
Preference to candidates with Pastel Invoicing experience
Detail-oriented
Effective time management
Stress tolerance, able to work under pressure and with difficult clients/industry.
