Purpose of the Position:
§ To ensure that employees in the workplace are adequately supplied with Refreshments (Tea/Coffee/Water) including Pause areas, Boardrooms, and Meeting Rooms.
Key Performance Objectives
Tasks
Clean and Maintain Staff Pause Areas, Meeting and Boardrooms
§ Clean Fridges/Microwaves
§ Fill and Clean Beverage Vending Machines
§ Wash Crockery
§ Arrange Refreshments for Meeting in Boardrooms and meeting rooms
§ Clean and Tidy all meeting Rooms and Boardrooms
§ Mop Pause Area Floors
§ Keep Pause areas countertops are kept clean
§ Wash and ensure that all Pause areas are sanitized and hygienic.
Admin & Ad-hoc Responsibilities
§ Ensure Stock Levels maintained
§ Collect and Deliver Stock
§ Collect and Deliver Empty Water Bottles
§ Maintain Tea Trolleys
§ Assisting in all Areas where a Refreshment Service is required
§ Take any other instructions from your Refreshment Co-Ordinator, Facilities Manager and any other relevant / assigned manager
§ Log all Maintenance calls
Qualifications Essential:
Matric Certificate
Experience
§ A minimum of 1 years’ experience
§ Experience with dealing with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
