Work Placement Officer/ recruitment agent wanted – APPLY HERE

The job requires the placement officer to find jobs for unemployed youth who have completed training in a two month qualification. The job is similar to a recruitment agent who needs to find clients who are needing to recruit entry level staff. The job entails finding clients and companies who are needing to employ entry level staff.

Meriting Youth Development is an NPO that trains unemployed youth in Seta accredited courses in Business Administration Services NQF L4 and Wholesale & Retail Operations Supervision NQF L4.
After the training we seek to place these young people into jobs.

The job applicant needs to have 3 years experience in recruitment as a recruitment agent.

The person needs to have selling skills and administrative skills.

The person needs to have their own transport, so as to visit clients.

The office is based in Braamfontein.

This is a 6 month contract, which will become permanent.

Job Requirements:
Three years experience as a recruitment agent.
Computer literate
Diploma preferable
Excellent selling skills
Good administration skills
Must be fluent in English
Good customer service skills
Good planning and organisational skills
