URGENT START. Montague Gardens. M-Th 07:30 to 16:30/Fri -14:00. R10 – R13k depending on experience. 50% med aid.
Require person who is presentable and friendly with previous experience being a receptionist.
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans and be computer literate e.g. Word & Excel and Outlook a must.
Own transport needed.
Apart from the usual duties you will have to prepare weekly directors’ cash refunds
Booking of flights for directors via travel agent
Assistance to creditors department e.g. capturing tax invoices
Distribute statutory documents
Willing to study in order to qualify for future promotion
