Durbanville – R15,000 CTC.

Are you currently a successful Receptionist / Office Administrator looking for a change of scenery?

My client, a well-established manufacturer of specialised flexible food packing material, urgently needs an experienced and reliable Receptionist / Office Administrator for their factory in the Durbanville area.

Specific duties include:

Answering the phone, replying to emails, welcoming customers
Small order picking
Writing orders down
Cash receipts and payments
Printing of reports
Creating new customer profiles
Invoicing, data capturing
Responsible for Weekly Wages, Sick leave, etc. for about 18 Staff Members

Required Skills:
receptionist: 5 to 6 years
administrator: 5 to 6 years

Candidate Requirements:
You may be the successful candidate to join the Durbanville team if you have:

A proven track record (at least 5 years) as a reliable Receptionist / Office Administrator. Experience working with food safety system documentation will hugely count in your favour
Knowledge of Pastel Partner inventory/stock system
Experience working with Pastel Payroll
At least Grade 12 plus, ideally, a relevant tertiary qualification from a recognised academic institution
Advanced skills to work with ease with MS Windows, Word and Excel and Pastel and being an able typist
Your own reliable transport
Your home in or very close to Durbanville
