A pastor who raped, s.e.xually groomed, and assaulted dozens of young men has been sentenced to an effective 20 years behind bars.
The incidents date back to 2005 when Benjamin Dingiso was the leader of the Arise and Shine Church in Katlehong, Gauteng. But victims and parents say the sentence is too short, more like just a slap on the wrists.
