Job Functions

Specification
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Monitor and evaluate inbound calls and outbound interactions (call backs)
Monitor and evaluate all e-mail and social media client interactions
Coaching of Staff on call assessments
Identifying trends and business risks as well as opportunities of process improvement
Tracks issues in the quality monitoring systems or tools
Prepare and analyse internal quality reports for management
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Identify training needs of the call centre agents
Develop training programs to improve performance.
Work with other internal teams to define quality metric

Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
Matric
FAIS accredited with a minimum of 140 credits at NQF level 4
Have successfully completed the RE 5 regulatory examination for representatives.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
2 years’ quality assurance experience within the financial services industry
Call Centre Customer Service Environment
Proficient in at least two official languages.
Proficient in MS Excel
