The appointee should:
Have a valid Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Psychology or HR or equivalent.
Be registration as Psychometrist as per HPCSA Psychology board guideline.
Have experience in psychometric assessment and integrated report writing.
Have 3 years’ experience in Psychometric assessment practices.
Have relevant and sufficient HR experience.
Have a working knowledge of relevant legislation.
Be registered to use these assessments: LPCAT, VTS, TTS assessment system and associated assessment tools, Emotional intelligence (EQI), Hogan and CPA/MCPA custodian.
Have an advanced level of understanding on psychometric assessment use across the Human Resources fields within an organization.
Have excellent understanding of the Talent and Performance management processes, procedures and systems.
Have thorough knowledge of the importance of Talent management in the development of organizational capacity building and the linking with Human Capital Development programmes.
Have planning, organizing and leadership capability.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Conscientious, diligent, strong analytical skill, assertive and deadline driven.
Have understanding of Sibanye Stillwater Operating Model and Strategy.
Be able to work in a team and be results orientated.
Be approachable and have problem solving abilities/skills.
Have the ability to cope and survive in an environment of uncertainty and to adapt to diverse cultures.
Be an articulate communicator who is able to explain the company`s Human Capital Development vision and strategy.
Have the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.
Key responsibilities include:
Expert advice and the implementation of Sibanye Stillwater policy, systems and guidelines within the function/process.
To support various disciplines within the platinum division with assessments for recruitment/selection decisions as well as talent decisions.
Support employees in career development by providing easily understandable personal assessment reports and discussions on career growth.
Develop a trusting and mutual respect relationship with internal and external service suppliers.
Deliver assessments (simulation administration, report writing of a high quality within turnarounds times, and provide feedback) and organizational process development interventions to clients.
Conduct with signed approval from the applicable individual, various psychometric tests using in-house applications.
Ensuring data is available for scoring and reports conducted.
Compile accurate monthly and quarterly reports to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure employee records are accurate and kept save and confidential while maintaining appropriate systems.
