EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT

SECTOR: WEALTH AND INVESTMENT

BASIC SALARY: R10 000 + COMMISSION

START DATE: IMMEDIATELY

DUTIES: Consulting, Sales & marketing, Residential property
Sectional title, Property contracts, Property sales process, Investments. Dealing with high net worth clients, Property sales
Property registration an advantage, Contracts Financial planning & cash flows. Affordability assessments Tax knowledge an advantage, Property market & economic principles, Property financing an advantage, Trust & company knowledge an advantage. Communication & interpersonal skills

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: Grade 12, Diploma/Degree
NQF 4 in real estate, Registration with Estate Agency Board for a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate will be required, Financial qualification, At least 2 years sales experience – preferably new development sales, Minimum 3-5 years’ financial planning/property experience, English & Afrikaans, Confident/assertive.

Excel skills, Well-presented, Building & maintaining long term relationships, Own transport, Well organised, Telephone skills
Sales skills, Positive attitude, Business sense, Work under pressure Computer literate.
