Prince Kaybee speaks about his 5th album, Gemini. The South African star was confident about the success of the project before its’ release as his 4th album didn’t do lots of numbers.
However, he got disappointed again as people didn’t embrace the 5th album. On Twitter, a fan reacted to the DJ’s refusal to play some songs from the Gemini album.
“Sad that @PrinceKaybee_SA didn’t play any song from his new album. Was looking forward to Sondela, Khetha, Breakfast in Soweto, and Zimbali But we love you anyways! Thank you for Charlotte, Fetch your life, Sbindi uyabulala, Umenitosha& Gugulethu,” the fan wrote. In response, Kaybee said he didn’t play songs from the album as it was not well accepted.
“It’s an insecure album for me, not well received so as an artist you never know if its safe…, art is wild but I apologise,” he wrote.
