Requirements:
Grade 12 is essential. Client services experience include dealing with the public essential. Experience within a healthcare environment will be advantageous. A valid drivers license is essential. Proficient in English (Read, speak, write). Communicates verbally in a clear, accurate, and efficient manner. General administration experience (mail distribution). Works accurately and thoroughly by attending to all detail.
Key Outputs:
Escorts patients safely to pre-determined locations. Executes Drivers function as per hospital request and within hospital guidelines. Assists with evacuations during emergency situations. Ensures integrity and confidentiality of patient rights and Mediclinic values.
