We are looking to recruit Porters/Drivers who are responsible to provide the highest level of hospitality and guest experience and exceed guest exceptions by providing them with an outstanding first and last impression.
As a Porter/Driver, you will work in the Front Office department. You will ensure all guest luggage is offloaded and transferred to their respective rooms upon arrival and assist guests with luggage upon departure. As a Porter/Driver you will be responsible for the safe parking of guest vehicles.
.Requirements:
– Matric
– Work various shifts
– Valid Drivers license – essential
– Work across multiple functions (luggage handling, drive, foyer)
– Previous relevant up market restaurant experience in a 4* or equivalent environment.
Competencies:
– Neat and professional appearance
– Product knowledge of hotel and city
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Able to do manual lifting of heavy objects
