Pearl Thusi and her daughters, Okuhle and Thando, are living their best lives. The actress regularly takes her daughters on fun family outings, with Thando even joining her famous mother on the red carpet from time to time. Pearl reportedly adopted Okuhle in 2018 but she remained mum about the new addition to her family. She shared pictures of the little girl on Instagram and many just assumed that she was one of her friends’ children.
The single mom spoke publicly about Okuhle for the first time earlier this year
“Mothers are like heroes… They’re not only born. They can also become. Be made. Not only by blood, but by love. By kindness. Bravery. Compassion. As an African woman, I believe every child deserves love,” Pearl wrote on Instagram.
Pearl shared this cute picture of herself sleeping in Okuhle’s tiny bed. “We were so tired,” Her eldest daughter Thando took the snap of the two sleeping beauties. “So sweet of @thando__mokoena to capture this. This moment is so perfect that I didn’t even edit. Also… Didn’t know I look so cute sleeping,” Pearl teased. Pearl and Thando have one of the best mother-daughter relationships we have seen.
Thando will be turning 12 in a few months and you would think that the pre-teen would be embarrassed about getting a kiss from her mother in public.
