INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM AND GAS SUPPLIER REQUIRES A PETROL STATION FRANCHISE MANAGER IN NELSPRUIT

Requirements:
Qualification in Engineering/ Architecture or Bachelor’s degree in the commercial/contractual/legal/financial fields
Experience within the petroleum industry will be of great value
Knowledge of basic commercial contract law is an advantage
Experience in property development and property management
Competency in MS Office applications
Must have a drivers license and own car
Must be prepared to travel
Fluency in English
Skills/ Duties:
Contract negotiations, reducing key principles of same into final contract documents, ensuring and enforcing subsequent compliance to contractual terms
Build and nurture strong business relationships, through interaction with service providers and clients, municipalities and government departments.
Participation in processes for obtaining of licensing, town planning, and environmental approvals, with particular applicability to retail petrol filling stations. Apply Now
