Linda Mti and Patrick Gillingham expected in court on Bosasa corruption charges

Former Correctional Services Commissioner, Linda Mti, and CFO, Patrick Gillingham, are expected to appear in court in connection with Bosasa corruption.

The pair are expected to appear alongside former Bosasa executives, Andries van Tonder and Angelo Agrizzi.

Agrizzi, who was denied bail on Wednesday, is unlikely to make it to court due to ill health.

He was admitted to a hospital on Thursday.

They face multiple charges relating to money laundering, corruption, fraud, and conspiracy to commit fraud.
