Just weeks after AKA had been welcomed into the Tembe family after paying lobola for Nellie, tragedy has struck.
News has been circling that she might have died this morning due to a fall from the 10th floor of the Pepper Club Hotel in Cape Town.
Celebrity reporter Phil Mphela said the following:

Cape Town Central police are investigating an inquest case after an incident at a hotel this morning at about 07:45 on the corners of Loop and Bloem Street, Cape Town CBD where the body of a 22 year old woman was found deceased.

A video of the paramedics trying to save her life has emerged on social media and was recorded by a person who happened to be in that same building where this particular incident took place. Watch the video below:
