Due to explosive growth, we are looking for outbound sales agents to join this high performing and well-established contact centre. In this role, you will be following up on leads and consulting on the best options and pathways for each individual client. Utilising your previous sales experience and natural people skills, you have the opportunity to earn a desirable amount of commission and incentives, whilst you have fun too!
Working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is NO Weekend work! Very competitive basic salary plus commission plus incentives plus on-going training and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
Minimum of 6 months recent sales experience ideally in a call centre environment or face to face
Tertiary training in sales will be highly desirable
Excellent communication skills
Excellent relationship-building skills
Dynamic, hard-working and a go-getter
Ambitious
Excellent people skills
