SIU consider legal options on Oscar Mabuyane ruling

The Special Investigating Unit says it’s considering its legal options after the High Court ruled in favour of Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane.

Mabuyane launched a court bid to interdict the SIU’s investigation, related to his enrollment at Fort Hare University.

He’s accused of being registered for a Master’s Degree without completing his Honours.
