U.A.E â Fujairah Emirate Area: This commercial farming operation in the Fujairah Emirate (approx. 90km away from Dubai) is looking for a skilled and passionate farm manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be in charge of the day to day operations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Agricultural Diploma/Degree/relevant tertiary qualification

Minimum of 4 years previous fruit and vegetable farming experience

Advanced knowledge of fruits, vegetables and herb production is essential

Experience in bio-intensive farming techniques

Permaculture experience advantageous

Excellent written and communication skills

Management and motivation of work force

Experience with crop planting, maintenance, harvest and post-harvest processing’s

Ability to balance both production schedules and deadlines

Previous irrigation experience

Computer literacy essential
