• Monitoring of staff in office & at Inport (Project work)
• Weekly visits to the Inports
• Attending monthly ops meeting with customer
• Oversees the Inport Projects
• Controlling the workflow at Port Nolloth
• Quarterly visits to Port Nolloth
• Providing monthly stats to customer
• Meeting with service providers as & when necessary
• Knowledge of clearing and forwarding as well customs knowledge
• Reporting to senior management
• Good communication skills
