Operations Manager Needed – Apply Here: Busy, vibey late night Cape Town-based restaurant/ take away chain.

Responsibilities

• Operations manager for multiple locations (4) – you need to have a car so you can spread your time between the stores based

• Deal with customer issues and respond appropriately to the situation

• Set & manage FOH & BOH check sheets

• Inspect stock count sheets & follow up on differences

• Ensure product quality & procedures related to making the product is adhered to

• Organize and supervise shifts

• Appraise staff performance & ensure the code of conduct is fairly kept

• Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety regulations

• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

• Proven work experience as a operations manager, with extensive restaurant experience

• Review cameras weekly and ensure there is no theft

SALARY – Market Related. Dependent on past experience.
