Take control of all aspects of business in your ability to implement policies, procedures and be a strategic thinker within the manufacturing industry.
Duties:

Overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing,
and
integrating the strategic direction
of the organization. This includes responsibility for all components and departments of the business.

Formulating and
implementing the strategic plan
that guides the direction of the business.
·
Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from directors or the Board of Directors.
·
Overseeing the complete operation of the organization in the strategic plans which would include operations.
·
Evaluate and making sure that each strategic goal is met.
·
Representing the organization within the NSPI, Cape Chamber of Commerce and other professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level. Other senior leaders bear responsibility for these ventures as the CEO sees fit.
·
Participating in industry-related events or associations, to enhance the organization’s reputation, and the organization’s potential for success.
·
Ensure that staff are engaged in their work and the values of the business.
·
Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory authorities, this includes the payment of taxes, and all other government regulations.
·
Ensure that the day to day financial affairs of the company are well administered for auditors to provide an unqualified audit/review or assessment at year end.
·
Manage all service level agreement between departments and ensure that each area can do their function well.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification – Degree in either or Engineering/Business/Marketing
Post Graduate a must
7-10 years in senior management
Experience in Finance, marketing and operations
This position reports to: Director
