Operations Manager Needed
A leading company in the tourism industry is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager.
Reports to: General Manager / Regional Manager
Experience and skills required:
Strong geographical knowledge.
Management experience in the hospitality and tourism industry preferable.
Ability to work under pressure and with a strong sense of urgency.
Proficiency in English command.
Excellent organizational & planning skills, excellent communication skills, with an ability to ensure and maintain cohesive relationship with guests/clients and suppliers.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Pro-active problem solver and takes ownership of own performance and development.

The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
A positive attitude while performing work that is subject to critical time constraints.

This is a demanding but stimulating position which will require shift work
