Gauteng: At 00H21 Friday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of falls at an empty plot of land on Roger Dyason Road in Townlands Pretoria.
Reports from the scene indicate that an adult male had sustained fatal injuries in an alleged underground rock fall.
It was suggested by members of the public on scene that the incident could possibly be linked to illegal mining.
