A leading Courier company based in Pomona, Kempton Park, is looking for an experienced Night Shift Operations Manager to join the team.

Job Requirements:

7 year’s working experience in a similar position in a management capacity in the courier/logistics/freight industry
Detailed understanding of implementation & management of policies & objectives
Strong leadership ability & good interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Willingness to work additional hours if and when required
Fleet control experience/know how
Experience on Parcel Perfect courier package is an advantage
Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
Work well under pressure
Team player
Valid Code 8 License
MS Office knowledge – Excel a must
Computer Literate a must
Bilingual in English and 1 or More African Languages an advantage
Excellent Time- keeper – able to manage strict timed deadlines
Good Health and Safety knowledge – Proven record
Excellent interpersonal Skills – Proven record
Excellent HR and IR knowledge
Good Risk awareness
Excellent Geographical knowledge of RSA and beyond
